Interested in the roots of ‘alternative comedy’ and 20th Century Coyote - Lloyd, Rik, Mike, Mark and another guy with a motorbike? Forget the massaged, revisionist versions, this is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the Rik.

Current and upcoming work

In these uncertain times, it is more important than ever to commit to creative work despite the obstacles. We must continue to believe that we can all contribute to making a difference in the future.

Film and television production especially face difficult challenges in today’s climate, especially companies committed to producing independent, unconventional work.

Production continues throughout 2024 on the independent short film ‘The Vanishing Act’ . Scheduled for a release in late 2024/early 2025, the film stars Lloyd Peters as magician with dementia Peter. Produced by Fallon Westlake and Suzanne Kinghorn for FWest Films.

Lloyd Peters’ screenplay ‘Final Cut’ has been nominated as a finalist and presented with two Hollywood writing awards in the 2021 Independent Shorts Awards and IndieX Fest competitions.

Red-Roar Films have also completed production on the first of many planned short comedy sketches. Episode One is entitled Posh Nosh For Dogs that features rising canine star Jack-Jack Dog-Dog and is an essential guide to curating canine haute cuisine - on a budget! The 2nd episode is entitled : ‘Jack-Jack Dog-Dog – Back to Normal’  (Episode 2)

Yes he’s back! And he’s back to Normal.  Jack-Jack Dog-Dog returns in a brand new crazy adventure. As Covid-restrictions relax, so Jack-Jack can return to his normal life of hedonism and art. Paradise Regained with more Caravaggio, and less Coprophagia. Warning - includes scenes some viewers may find offensive. Available with age check here:
